1. Introduction

Welcome to BaeAds Digital, a performance-based affiliate marketing network connecting advertisers and publishers to deliver measurable digital growth.
By accessing or using our website, dashboard, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Definitions

• “Advertiser” refers to any individual or entity that creates and funds campaigns to promote its products or services through the BaeAds Digital network.

• “Publisher” refers to individuals, affiliates, or organizations that promote advertiser campaigns using their approved traffic sources.

• “User” collectively refers to both Advertisers and Publishers.

• “Platform” refers to all services, software, tools, and systems provided by BaeAds Digital.
  

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

BaeAds Digital reserves the right to verify and approve or reject any registration at its sole discretion.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• Each user must maintain only one active account unless expressly permitted.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Any activity conducted under your account will be considered as performed by you.

• Misuse, impersonation, or sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited.
  

5. Services Provided

BaeAds Digital offers:

• Affiliate campaign management and tracking

• Performance marketing analytics

• Real-time reporting and optimization tools

• Fraud detection and quality assurance
  

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service without prior notice.

6. Publisher Obligations

Publishers must:

• Promote campaigns only through approved traffic sources.

• Avoid using misleading, deceptive, or prohibited advertising methods (including spam, bots, or fake leads).

• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations.

• Provide genuine, traceable traffic and maintain transparency in promotions.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension, loss of earnings, and potential legal action.

7. Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers must:

• Provide complete and accurate campaign details, creatives, and terms.

• Ensure all promotions comply with advertising laws and data protection regulations.

• Pay invoices and dues on time as per agreed schedules.
  

BaeAds Digital is not responsible for inaccurate campaign information or outcomes resulting from incomplete advertiser inputs.

8. Payments and Payouts

• Publishers earn commissions based on valid, verified conversions tracked via our system.

• Advertisers are billed for genuine conversions as per the agreed pricing model (CPA, CPL, CPI, etc.).

• Payments are processed through bank transfer, PayPal, or UPI (depending on region).

• The minimum payout threshold is ₹1,000 INR / $50 USD.

• BaeAds Digital reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments in case of suspected fraud or policy violations.
  

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Engage in click fraud, cookie stuffing, or fake traffic generation.

• Use adult, illegal, or misleading content in promotions.

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform.

• Share confidential campaign data or rates with competitors.

Any violation may lead to termination of account and forfeiture of earnings.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including logos, trademarks, creatives, dashboards, and analytics — are owned by BaeAds Digital.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the platform without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

BaeAds Digital is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses (including profit loss or business interruption).

• Data inaccuracies or third-party service interruptions.

• Delays in payments due to incomplete advertiser settlements.
  

Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid or payable to the user in the preceding 30 days.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination:

• All pending payments may be withheld pending investigation.

• Access to the platform will be revoked.
  

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@baeadsdigital.com.

13. Confidentiality

Users must treat all non-public campaign data, rates, and performance insights as confidential.
Disclosure or misuse of confidential information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

14. Data Protection

We value your privacy and handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data in accordance with that policy.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BaeAds Digital, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform

• Violation of these Terms

• Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights
  

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, India.

17. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “29/10/2025” date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
